DHS Hurricane 8-80 Provincial combines a tacky topsheet with a soft and highly elastic 38° sponge. The Provincial version is made from a higher-quality selection of components, offering better consistency and overall performance than the commercial version. It provides excellent spin, control and a pleasant touch, and may also be a good choice for forehand play..
